Known Issues

  • macOS Sequoia Screen Recording Permission

    If screen OCR (⌘⇧7) isn't working, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording and enable TextraFlow.

  • iPhone 16 Pro Max Camera Issues

    Some users report camera focusing issues. Try tapping to focus or use the volume button to capture instead of the on-screen button.

  • Data Sync

    Data may take 2-3 minutes to sync across devices via iCloud. This is normal behavior.

  • Cross-Device AI Learning

    Corrections made on one device automatically improve AI accuracy on all devices.

  • Large PDF Performance

    PDFs over 50MB may process slowly on older devices. For best results, split large documents or use on Mac/iPad Pro.
